Our clients come to us for a transformative shift in mindset, not just conventional training activities. We are excited to partner with an international insurance company to develop their leaders, emphasizing resilience as they move from managing individual sales to leading teams. A fundamental element of adult learning is self-discovery, enabling individuals to internalize reflections and integrate them into their daily management practices. The game we developed challenged participants to address the complexities of building trust within a team environment, a critical task when transitioning from an individual contributor to a people manager. As they navigated obstacles and made impactful decisions, they encountered scenarios that closely resembled real-life situations. This prompted meaningful discussions and facilitated connections between the dynamics of the game and their own management styles. By the conclusion of the session, participants not only acquired actionable insights but also cultivated a deeper sense of camaraderie, enhancing their overall understanding of effective leadership.
